What You Will Do: - Support the development of genuine accessories across electrical (bias), mechanical, and trim disciplines (with flexibility to work across areas). - Confirm fitment and application of accessories to ensure correct performance on vehicles. - Ensure development meets technical, cost, and timing targets, keeping delivery on track. - Support accessories adoption for SV (Special Versions) vehicles, helping move from design intent to real usage. - Handle relevant market and quality enquiries, supporting resolution with engineering input. - Complete successful design reviews at key stages, delivering outcomes aligned to project milestones, KPIs, and SLAs.
