As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process of vehicles and finance solutions. Day-to-day of the role: Welcome customers into the dealership and provide an exceptional customer experience. Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable vehicles and finance solutions. Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. Build lasting relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals. Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated with the latest models and technologies. Work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Required Skills and Qualifications: Passionate about sales and customer service. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven. Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities. Professional, organised, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience in automotive sales is preferred, but not essential.
