As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be: Working in a busy Workshop environment using a range of tools and machinery Fabricating and assembling components from drawings Working to productivity targets Ensure jobs are completed to a high standard and without defects Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment Providing support to the wider team as required Working to all health and safety rules and regulations Any other ad-hoc duties The right candidate will have: Some experience within Metal Fabrication salary to be based on experience level An interest in mechanical engineering ideally a relevant qualification A good level of physical fitness The desire to build a career within a business long term Strong attention to detail An enthusiastic attitude, keen to learn Good communication skills Organised and methodical with excellent time management skills A solid CV with working history showing commitment and loyalty to an employer This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a company who will invest in their career long term and offer a route to progression in the future.
