Property Services ManagerLocation - Birmingham and West BromwichContract duration - 6 monthsHourly rate - Negotiable depending on experienceAbout the Role:Sellick Partnership Ltd is proudly supporting a respected housing association in their search for an experienced Property Services Manager to lead and develop housing services on a temporary basis. This is a key leadership role ensuring service excellence, property compliance, financial performance, and partnership engagement, particularly within Supported Exempt Accommodation.Key Responsibilities of the Property Services Manager:Strategic Profile and Partnership BuildingDevelop strong relationships with local stakeholders, agencies, and forums.Promote service accessibility for vulnerable individuals.Represent the service in strategy groups and increase its regional visibility.Housing ManagementOversee housing functions including repairs, compliance, voids, and tenancy issues.Ensure properties meet all safety and quality standards.Work collaboratively with internal teams and external lease partners.Contribute to out-of-hours service delivery as part of the rota.Financial OversightManage operational budgets and monitor income/expenditure.Ensure staff understand their impact on financial performance.Seek additional funding and ensure VFM compliance.Experience and Skills Required:Proven experience managing diverse teams across multiple sites.Strong knowledge of housing law and supported housing environments.Familiarity with ..... full job details .....
