Senior Block Manager – Central LondonLocation: Waterloo, LondonSalary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annumFull-time | Permanent | 1 day WFH after probationAbout the Role

We’re working with a dynamic and fast-growing property company based in Waterloo, Central London, who are looking to expand their Block Management division with the addition of an experienced Senior Block Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business of 65+ people, with a new and rapidly growing block management arm. You’ll be given the autonomy to take ownership of your own portfolio, help shape the division, and grow with the business as it continues to scale.Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential blocks across Central LondonOversee all aspects of block management including service charge budgeting, contractor management, health and safety compliance, and major worksRegularly conduct site inspections and liaise with clients, leaseholders, and contractorsHandle Section 20 Notices and ensure legal and regulatory complianceUse Qube (MRI) software to maintain records and manage tasks efficientlyChair AGMs and director meetings, providing high levels of client serviceSupport junior members of the team as the division continues to growAbout You

Minimum 3 years of block management experience (Senior/Portfolio level)Proficient in using Qube (MRI) software – this is essentialExcellent knowledge of leasehold management, service charges, and building complianceStrong communication and organisational skillsTPI or similar qualification desirable but not essentialConfident working both independently and collaborativelyWhat’s on Offer
