This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in corporate governance, company secretarial practice, or in-house legal services within a large and diverse organisation. The successful candidate will support the Legal function in maintaining high standards of corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, and efficient contract management across the Group. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors, supporting a broad range of corporate, commercial, governance and property-related matters while helping to ensure robust legal structures across the organisation.
