Are you a Junior/Trainee Mechanical Design Engineer with SolidWorks experience looking to get involved in a variety of technical challenges within R&D, in a hands-on design role where no two days are the same?

Are you looking for one-to-one tailored training and mentoring, where you can expand your technical expertise in mechanical product design for an innovative company that are striving to change the world for the better?

In this role you will be producing drawings and models for a range of products which are used within healthcare, helping to positively impact the quality of life of the elderly and disabled. You will be researching, developing, prototyping, and testing, whilst liaising with all internal teams from concept to completion.

This company has been supporting the independence and improving the quality of lives for the elderly and disabled since the 70s. Supplying into private residences, care homes and hospitals, you will have the opportunity to work within a well-established and expansive company looking to nurture and develop your career.

This would suit someone with mechanical/product design experience and has used SolidWorks, looking to progress their career into a dynamic research & development position for a groundbreaking company.

The Role:

• Using SolidWorks to design a range of products for the elderly and disabled
• Researching, developing, testing and prototyping
• Working in a team of 4 and liaising with all internal departments
• Full training provided and one to one mentoring
• Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 3:00pm and Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm
