Office Administrator

Overview
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an interim Office Administrator to join our Corporate Support Team in London.This is a fixed term contract based in our award-winning London office close to London Bridge and Cannon Street stations. This role involves being present in the office 4 days per week to best support the responsibilities and collaboration it requires.The Office Administrator will have a range of administrative and facilities responsibilities which will ensure the smooth and efficient running of our Corporate Head Office in London. The role will also provide effective admin and project support to our Asset Management team. This will include minute taking, coordination and production of business information, producing insights and reports that aid effective decision making.Responsibilities
Management of office facilities including organising maintenance and repair work and managing all third-party contracts and liaising with the building management team where necessaryProvide an effective administration service, minute taking and project support to the Asset Management Team and direct support to the Asset Management Director with forward planning and meeting managementComplete and manage risk assessments ensuring documentation meets statutory complianceArrange couriers and managing incoming and outgoing parcels and postCreate ID badges for all UPP staff and distribute to Site Teams and lead on corporate office inductions for new hires and contingent worksDraft and maintain documentation including risk registers, trackers and presentationsPlan and organise Team events such as meetings, workshops and briefingsTake a central role in co-ordinating the production of management and board reports including collating data/information and updates from various sourcesQualifications
We are looking for
you to have worked in a similar role with experience of providing a range of office administrative and facilities management tasks within a corporate environment. You will have excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data, take minutes and follow up on actions.You will have an attention to detail, be good at multi-tasking and used to working to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.Alongside this you will be a great communicator with a ‘can do attitude’ and customer focused approach, able to build rapport quickly at all levels.Benefits
