Our client is currently seeking a Utility Surveyor to join their team. This permanent role is ideal for someone with a strong background in surveying and a keen interest in underground utilities and GPR surveying. The successful applicant will have significant experience and knowledge of PAS128 utility mapping standards and possess strong technical abilities and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:Conduct underground utility and GPR surveysMap utilities in 2D and 3D to topographical surveysCarry out land and measured building surveysUtilise 3D Laser Scanner and process the dataPerform survey setting out duties with precisionMaintain high standards of health and safety, quality assurance and environmental complianceEnsure all survey equipment is in working order before site visitsLiaise with clients and attend site meetings as requiredJob Requirements:Advanced knowledge of underground utility/GPR surveysProficiency in underground utility survey processing software (N4ce experience is an advantage)Strong understanding of GPS and AutoCAD; Bentley Microstation is beneficialFull UK driving licenceAbility to travel across the UK, with a focus on London and South EastAbility to attain Security Clearance for Government sensitive sitesSentinel registration (if required for rail projects)Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in teamsBenefits:Competitive salaryOpportunity to work on a variety of interesting projectsProfessional development and ..... full job details .....
