Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Work collaboratively with families, social workers, schools, and other professionals. Maintain accurate records and reports. Safeguard children and young people at all times. Essential Requirements Minimum 6 months'' experience working with children or young people in a care, education, support, youth work, or similar setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to advocate for young people and promote their wellbeing. Professional, reliable, and committed to safeguarding.
