Earn extra money this summer with flexible, ad-hoc kitchen shifts in August.

We are urgently looking for a Commis Chef / Cook to support a professional kitchen in Stansted Mountfitchet under the supervision of the Head Chef/Chef de Partie.

Duties:

• Food prep: chopping vegetables, peeling, weighing ingredients, preparing basic stocks
• Station support: assisting the Chef de Partie on sections such as grill, sauces or pastry
• Kitchen upkeep: cleaning work areas, washing tools/equipment, and rotating/storing stock correctly

Requirements:

• Some kitchen experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work at pace
• Food Hygiene Certificate preferred (not essential)
