They are seeking an Employment Associate to manage a variety of employment-related cases from initial referral to conclusion, ensuring high standards of service and adherence to regulatory and company processes.Day-to-day of the role:Handle both contentious and non-contentious employment work, including advising on settlement agreement terms, drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, contracts of employment, and handbooks and policies.Maintain effective and efficient case handling, ensuring the highest standard of service to our customers.Adhere to regulatory and company processes while considering cost aspects.Collaborate closely with a team that boasts a wealth of experience and provides unrivalled support.Participate in business development activities to enhance individual and business profiles.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in contentious and non-contentious Employment Litigation work.Strong knowledge of Employment Law and procedures.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience in, or a strong desire to assist in, business development.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, KPIs, and SLAs.Proactive approach to managing your own caseload to a high standard.Clear understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct.Highly collaborative with ..... full job details .....
