Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join the team at

Stowe School in Buckingham.** This is a remote location that does not have public transport service. Own transport is essential**About the Barista role:Preparing and serving coffee and tea drinks

Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of coffee and tea served at Benugo

Supporting the Head Barista in training the team

Properly handling and maintainng all coffee equipment

Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard

Ensuring that food safety standards are always followed

General cleaning duties and general tasks across the sitePrevious experience preparing and serving drinks is required.

Qualifications

Any combination of education that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.Minimum of one year experience as a barista preferred.High school diploma preferred.Previous hospitality experience preferred.Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.Ability to lift/carryFlexible in performance of all duties.
