We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive new business growth, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and deliver technically robust compressed air solutions across a wide range of industries. Combining technical expertise with commercial insight, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, conducting site surveys, designing efficient compressed air systems, and preparing tailored proposals. Your solutions will help customers improve operational performance, increase reliability, and achieve significant energy savings. Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within assigned territories and target markets. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular visits and account management. Generate and follow up on sales leads from marketing activities, referrals, and prospecting efforts. Achieve and exceed sales targets for equipment, service contracts, and ancillary products. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals. Technical Support and Solution Design Conduct customer site surveys and compressed air system assessments. Analyse customer applications and recommend appropriate compressor technologies, air treatment equipment, and system layouts.
