Membership and Customer Service AdministratorMerrifield Consultants is delighted to be recruiting a Membership and Customer Service Administrator for an international membership organisation.This is a two day a week position within the membership team. You will answer member enquiries, maintain the membership database, process applications and payments, and provide administrative support for renewals and events.Salary: 30,600 pro rataContract: Permanent, part timeHours: Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9.30am to 5.30pmLocation: LondonHybrid workingMain responsibilitiesMember enquiries: Answer telephone and email queries about membership, events and payments.Database administration: Update membership records, correct incomplete information, remove duplicate accounts and carry out regular data checks.Applications and payments: Process membership applications and payments accurately.Renewals: Check member information, prepare renewal communications and respond to queries.Events: Prepare invitations, manage registrations and answer attendee enquiries.Reports and services: Produce reports and contact lists, and provide members with information about relevant products and services.About youWe are looking for someone with previous customer service experience who is confident dealing with enquiries by telephone and email.You will need experience using a database or CRM system and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
