As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and capable Financial Controller to join our leadership team and take full ownership of the finance function. This is a key role within the business, offering a fantastic opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a high-growth organisation. The Role The Financial Controller will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements (including VAT and CIS), and the effective management of working capital. You will lead a small finance team, currently comprising two finance assistants and a credit controller, and work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insight and support strategic decisions.
