Managing and delivering several projects at any one time, ranging from 8m in value Leading a team of Site Managers, Supervisors, and Installers to meet client objectives and time frames on each project phase, in order to complete projects. Implementing full health and safety regulations and responsible producing the correct RAMS write ups for each project Being able to delegate with the commercial team, including design and estimating on design, procurement, manufacturing, and site set up. Liaising with design on any site variations In charge of full profit and loss on each project and being able to produce weekly and monthly reports for the board.
