Sustainability Consultant- BREEAM My Client, a market leading sustainability and building services consultancy, based in Chester is searching for a Sustainability Consultant to join their friendly team. You will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis. As a Sustainability Consultant you will be expected to complete;BREEAM Assessments for RIBA stages 1-4 (pre-planning to construction phases).Manage numerous BREEAM Assessments at various stages.Sustainability certification and reporting. Fitwell, HQM and SKA AssessmentsManagement of projects and liaise with client to achieve compliance with building regulations, planning policy and sustainability-compliance targets.You will also have the chance to complete site visits and work on a hybrid basis. Free parking is available within close proximity of the office. If you are BREEAM AP qualified, training can be provided by the team to reach full accreditation. As a Sustainability Consultant you are expected to have experience working for a UK based Consultancy and ideally be based on the outskirts of Chester as you will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis. You will be expected to have an MSc or BSc in a relevant discipline (e.g. Environmental Management, Energy, Sustainable Engineering) and BREEAM accredited or BREEAM AP qualified.
