Our mission is to continually improve these offerings as well as identifying new ways to support our community of doctors throughout their career.Job DescriptionOverviewThe Account Director is a senior member of the team building strong, trusting relationships with clients by ensuring excellence in delivery, clear communication, and sound strategic guidance. The Account Director proactively maximises the potential of accounts, taking direction from their senior sales leads on new business opportunities and facilitating the organic growth of existing accountsMain Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of the business needs of clients and drive benefit-led partnerships with themDevelop the growth strategy across a portfolio of clients in conjunction with the senior sales leads and manage the sales/account strategies for our clients, including identifying and winning businessTake sole responsibility for delivering sales across a small portfolio of accounts with a combined revenue of up to £250kBuild and maintain relationships with senior-level clientsEducate clients and evangelise digital marketing across healthcare and Pharma eventsMentor and coach junior members of the team to develop closer relationships with their clients and deep understanding of their businesses and key objectivesEnsuring adequate resources and processes are in place to service and grow key accountsWork closely with the Programme Management and Operations teams to ensure that the customer is receiving the highest level of service and excellent delivery of campaignsWork with the senior sales leads to identify renewal opportunities within existing clients; supporting in the creation of proposalsWork with the Group Account Director to ensure insights and robust recommendations are regularly shared with the client.Working with client contacts and procurement departments to put in place Master Service Agreements across all key accountsSharing best practice across the sales teams and wider business unitsWork closely with the Programme Management team to support in ensuring programmes are delivered on time, on budget, and meet KPIs.Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships through regular close contact, including face-to-face meetings, telephone and e-mail communicationQualificationsProfileAbility to identify customers key business objectives, and translate these into successful communication programmesExperience of building long-term, sustainable relationships with clientsAbility to motivate the wider team to contribute to the commercial businessExcellent communication, report writing, analytical and project management skillsManagementProven experience of leading and inspiring a team and responsibility for team developmentAble to develop and maintain strong business relationships across the Pharma/ Healthcare industryA clear concise communicator at all levels who develops trust easily both internally and externally to the organisationExcellent time management skillsQualifications and ExperienceEducated to Degree level, or equivalentProven ability of building strong client relationships and surpassing expectationsExperience of working in healthcare at a strategic level, preferably servicing the Pharma industryExperience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple customers at a European or global levelExperience of and passion for presenting to customers at a senior management levelExperience in developing strategies and formulating proposals for clientsAdditional InformationEmployee Benefits:25 days annual leaveParticipation in a company bonus scheme linked to personal and company performanceGroup Life Cover 4x salaryPension 4%/4% employee/employer contributionsVitality after probationStaff discount schemeDiscounted gym membershipAbout M3 EU:M3 EU is at the forefront of healthcare innovation, offering digital solutions across healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and more.
