SEMH Teaching Assistant - Behaviour and Emotional Support Do you have experience supporting children with SEMH, behavioural difficulties, or emotional regulation needs ?Aspire People are currently working with primary schools looking for resilient and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistants who can help pupils overcome barriers to learning.This role would suit someone who understands the importance of building trust and consistency with children who may struggle with behaviour, emotional regulation, relationships, or engagement within a traditional classroom environment.Your ability to remain calm, build positive relationships, and understand the reasons behind behaviour will be crucial.
