With a strong reputation for safety, compliance, and excellence, they pride themselves on their commitment to protecting lives and property through superior workmanship.Responsibilities; Lead pre-construction activities for multiple PFP projects, including feasibility studies, risk assessments, and programme planning.Review design proposals, technical specifications, and fire risk assessments to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations (BS EN 1634, BS 8214, BS 9999).Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to optimise design solutions and identify value engineering opportunities.Develop detailed cost estimates, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring financial viability and value for money.Prepare pre-construction documentation, including Method Statements, PQPs, ITPs, and compliance matrices for Gateway Three readiness.Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals, ensuring materials and products are accredited and suitable for the project.Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimise project delays, defects, or cost overruns.Support bid preparation and ..... full job details .....
