The Role Reporting to the Store Manager, and Deputy Manager you will: Drive sales through excellent customer service and team performance. Support the recruitment, coaching and development of colleagues. Lead by example and inspire the team to deliver outstanding results. Ensure high standards across stock control, security, administration and health and safety. Promote loyalty initiatives, new launches and store promotions. Provide regular feedback and support colleagues to achieve their goals. Help deliver store targets and key business objectives. About You Previous retail management experience at Supervisor level or above. Strong leadership and people management skills. Passionate about customer service and retail.
