Strong copywriting and editing skills, with attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.

Ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

Competency in data analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.

Experience in a digital marketing or social media management role.

Experience in creating and managing content calendars.

Familiarity with running paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.

Experience in engaging and growing online communities.

Qualities : Passionate about empowering disabled individuals and their families.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage volunteers.

What will you be doing?

Create a comprehensive strategy including content analysis, channel strategy, and setup.

Stay updated on emerging trends in digital communications and recommend new channels for fundraising and audience engagement.

Engage existing supporters, reach new donors, and co-create original, impactful content to inspire and educate.

Manage the social media volunteers in areas such as design, digital marketing, and fundraising to ensure projects are completed on time and meet standards.

Review and edit content to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, acting as an expert on DEA’s tone of voice.

Monitor channels, respond to messages, and engage with the community to foster a supportive online presence.
