We carry out statutory responsibilities under the Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act 1983, and Mental Capacity Act 2005. Our work includes supporting adults with primary mental health needs, autism, substance misuse issues, and young people transitioning to adult services.We work in partnership with NHS mental health teams, wards, primary care, and a wide network of community organisations.
