We are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Foreman (Civils) with a proven track
record in delivering high-quality civil engineering works.

Key Responsibililities

• Oversee day-to-day site operationsons for civil engineering works, ensuring adherence to project plans, specificasions, and safety requirements.
• Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Monitor work progress against the programme and report on milestones, risks,and issues.
• Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and maintained throughout the project.
• Liaise with project management, engineering, and client to resolve site issues.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, inspection reports, and HSE documentation.
• Oversee material ordering, delivery, and resource alocation to meet project demands.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman within civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering construction-methods, materials, and safety practices.
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• CSCS card (Manager/Supervisor level).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
