The main aspects of the Building Services Manager role is to: Provide guidance and instruction to the site management team Manage and coordinate the statutory authority connections Review the design/installation drawings/packages for build ability and presentation standards Chair regular progress meetings with the MandE subcontractors Monitor and record progress against programme Provide regular reports to the site team for inclusion into client/board progress reports Conduct site reviews and inspections for compliance, quality, access and maintenance Coordinate the commissioning process and ensure that all relevant documentation is in place to achieve a successful handover.
