In this Senior Structural Engineer role, you will:
·Lead the design and delivery of a wide variety of structural engineering projects.
·Use your expertise to guide, mentor and inspire junior engineers and technicians.
·Liaise directly with architects, clients, and contractors to develop innovative solutions.
·Take ownership of projects from conception through to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
·Contribute to the continued success and reputation of the consultancy as a trusted engineering partner.
To succeed as a Senior Structural Engineer, you will need:
·Chartered or near-chartered status (MIStructE or MICE preferred).
·Strong technical knowledge of structural design in steel, concrete, timber and masonry.
·Experience leading projects across a range of sectors.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
·A proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving.
