They deliver the life-changing magic of live performance and will hire a new Head of Development and Fundraising.Responsibilities

Drive the organisation’s mission forward with creativity, energy and passion.Cultivate relationships and secure funding with major donors – existing and new to the organisation – engaging philanthropists to give five-figure gifts and above.Lead and manage a small team responsible for donors, sponsors, friends and partners.Qualifications and experience

Proven track record of accomplishment in fundraising, with strategic thinking ideally within an arts fundraising setting.Fundraising knowledge with a demonstrated ability to tell compelling stories to captivate donors for revenue and capital asks.Creative, out-of-the-box thinker able to align with the organisation’s ambitions and leadership approach.About Prospectus and equality information
