Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure that our residents'' homes are safe and maintained to a high standard. About the role We are looking for a Multi Skilled Technician - Joiner to join our Essex team, delivering responsive repairs and general multi-skilled work. Additional skills in Plumbing are advantageous for this role. This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week covering the hours between 8am - 7pm Monday - Friday plus Saturday morning. The later shift and Saturday morning working is delivered on a rota basis. The role also includes participation in an out-of-hours callout rota, which comes with an additional payment. To ensure timely access to our residents, the successful candidate must live within the Essex area. A full UK manual driving licence is essential.A basic DBS check is required, which will be paid for by Guinness.Essential requirements of the roleYou must be able to demonstrate competence within your primary trade, with the ability to carry out various multi-trade tasks such as basic plumbing, tiling, joinery, groundwork, mould washes/treatment and flooring installation.Experience of working in a customer-focused environment, ideally within the social housing sector, with a consistent track record of delivering high quality service.Proven ability to work methodically, ..... full job details .....
