Electrical Estimator - Commercial and Super-Prime ResidentialLocation: Essex Hybrid WorkingSalary: 55,000- 70,000 + Package (DOE)We are currently working with a well-established MandE contractor specialising in the delivery of commercial and super-prime residential projects, with MandE values of up to 15m.Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their pre-construction team based from their Essex office, with the opportunity for hybrid working.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor delivering technically challenging, high-specification projects across London and the South East.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing detailed electrical estimates and tender submissions for projects valued from 1m through to 15m MandE.Reviewing tender documentation, drawings, specifications and bills of quantities.Producing accurate material, labour and subcontractor cost estimates.Obtaining and analysing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.Identifying value engineering opportunities and potential commercial risks.Preparing tender adjudications and presenting submissions to senior management.Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors throughout the tender process.Working closely with the pre-construction, design, commercial and operational teams.Managing multiple tenders while ensuring deadlines are achieved.Assisting with handovers to the project ..... full job details .....
