Location: RoytonSalary: £55,000 Per AnnumWe are recruiting for an experienced Registered Nurse Home Manager to lead a well-established, 36 bedded nursing home.This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically strong and people-focused leader who has successfully managed a service through a CQC inspection and is confident in maintaining compliance while driving quality, occupancy and team engagement.The RoleAs Home Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the operational, clinical and financial performance of the service.
