Whilst the position has a strong focus on purchase ledger activities, you will also gain exposure to a broad range of finance responsibilities including reconciliations, payroll support, sales ledger and month-end processes.This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues and taking ownership of their responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing purchase ledger invoices, matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.Supporting sales ledger activities, including raising invoices and credit notes.Performing regular bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate cash records.Assisting with credit control and management of overdue accounts.Supporting the preparation and processing of payroll, including collating and validating payroll data.Maintaining the fixed asset register, including additions, disposals and depreciation tracking.Ensuring financial records and supporting documentation are ..... full job details .....
