Role responsibilities:
- Engage children in outdoor and indoor activities, including structured and creative play.
- Support music, arts, and other enrichment sessions that promote development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for all children.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and education.
What we''re looking for:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or relevant childcare experience.
- A caring, patient, and positive approach to working with children.
- Confidence supporting outdoor play and extra enrichment activities.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Genuine interest in children''s wellbeing, development, and learning.
- Understanding of safeguarding and early years practice, or willingness to learn.
