This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of planning activities across both cyclic and reactive maintenance, ensuring works are delivered efficiently, safely and in line with client expectations.The primary depot for this role is Bolton - De Havilland Way (BL5 3NH), however the position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with travel to sites and other depots as required. The standard hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working pattern.What You''ll Do: Develop, manage and maintain detailed highways maintenance programmes Plan and coordinate cyclic and reactive works in line with client (National Highways) requirements Ensure efficient allocation of labour, plant, materials and subcontractors Monitor programme performance and take corrective action where required Liaise with Operations teams to ensure delivery aligns with safety, quality and financial targets Coordinate road space bookings and network occupancy requirements Use planning systems to track progress, update programmes and report on performance Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on programme delivery and risks Support financial forecasting of planned works and highlight variances Work closely with ..... full job details .....
