Manage design coordination and act as lead designer on multidisciplinary projects. Conduct technical assessments of third-party designs, ensuring compliance with client and Kier requirements. Offer technical expertise and advice to the team, supporting incident investigations and rectifications. Identify technical risks and propose solutions for project scoping, pricing, and construction.
