Talent Acquisition Business Partner Location: Retford, hybrid working with 3 days per week onsite Contract: 12 months Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month contract, supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activity within a growing and complex organisation. This is a varied role covering the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent attraction and direct sourcing through to onboarding. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand recruitment requirements, develop effective talent pipelines and identify candidates for specialist and hard-to-fill positions. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements through to offer and onboarding. Develop and deliver effective sourcing strategies for specialist and hard-to-fill roles. Use a range of direct sourcing, talent attraction and recruitment methods to build strong candidate pipelines. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels, providing advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process. Ensure recruitment activity is delivered in line with best practice, employment legislation and diversity, equity and inclusion principles. Build and maintain effective talent pools and pipelines to support current and future recruitment requirements.
