This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys administration and delivering a high standard of customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line payroll support, responding to basic queries on pay and pensions and escalating where neededDeliver a professional and helpful service across email, phone, and in personHandle payroll queries, ensuring timely and accurate responsesSupport monthly payroll processing by gathering, checking, and inputting dataMaintain accurate and up-to-date payroll recordsCarry out routine administrative tasks, including data entry and validation of employee detailsFollow established procedures to ensure compliance with payroll processes and data protection requirementsWork collaboratively within the team to meet payroll deadlinesHandle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyParticipate in training to build knowledge of payroll systems and processesAbout YouGood attention to detail and organisational abilityConfident engaging with a range of stakeholders (PAYE employees, FTC, and consultants)Willing to learn - no complex payroll or system experience requiredWorking ArrangementsInitial 2 days onsite training requiredFlexible working pattern (30 hours over 4 or 5 days)Remote working ..... full job details .....
