About the Role: Temp to Perm Immediate start Monday to Friday/ 8:00am-4:30pm Pay: £13.08ph As a Production Operative, you will be at the heart of a production process, ensuring the preparation of high-quality concrete mixes for our precast products. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining production standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor concrete mixing equipment to achieve precise formulations. Measure and mix raw materials according to specified ratios and requirements. Perform quality checks on mixes and make adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times. What We re Looking For: Previous experience in concrete mixing, manufacturing or a similar environment (preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Basic mechanical knowledge of mixing equipment (training provided). Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to meet deadlines. Physically fit to handle the demands of the role.
