Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career? Fletchers Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Clinical Negligence team.
As a Paralegal in the Clinical Negligence team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our solicitors and senior solicitors in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients. Your responsibilities will involve the running of a caseload of Clinical Negligence cases from inception to trial, always under supervision and in line with current company policies and legal requirements. To accept delegated tasks on other similar cases as directed by the Senior solicitor, conducting legal research, drafting documents, liaising with clients, medical experts and other professionals to assist the team in settling the cases.
