Salary: -65,000 + Package

We are working with a well-established M&E contractor based in Wolverhampton who are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.

The company has some really impressive projects across the commercial, leisure, education and healthcare sectors, offering the opportunity to work on varied and interesting schemes.

The Role

• Manage mechanical projects from start to finish.
• Plan and monitor project programmes.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Manage project costs, variations and procurement.
• Monitor quality and progress.
• Attend site and client meetings.
• Ensure health & safety requirements are met.
• Manage commissioning, snagging and handover.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management.

About You

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within an M&E or building services contractor.
• Strong mechanical building services background.
• Good commercial awareness.
• Confident managing subcontractors, clients and project teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to manage projects from pre-construction through to completion.
