The next phase focuses on accelerating growth, strengthening delivery, and establishing consistently sector-leading quality. The Role This is one of Mencap''s most senior appointments and a key Executive Team role, leading a large, complex and nationally significant portfolio. You will provide strategic, operational and commercial leadership, with responsibility for performance, growth and quality across Personal Support Services (England).
