£46,150 – £63,650 per year (depending on experience, qualifications, and earned bonuses)
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (with flexibility for additional hours as required)

Occasional (as part of on-call rota)

Young People (YPs) aged 5–17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required:Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent) – essential
Level 5 Leadership and Management / Level 4 Registered Manager Award – desirable
Experience in Years Required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with children and young people in residential care
Minimum 2 years at senior management level

Lead and develop staff teams to achieve the highest standards of care
Have strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, and safeguarding practices
Be resilient, motivated, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for young people
Be flexible to join the
On-Call Manager rota
and work additional hours when required
