• Provide personal care and support to adults in need.
• Assist clients in daily living activities, ensuring their dignity and independence are maintained.
• Work closely with other professionals to develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Create a safe and warm environment where clients feel valued and respected.
• Document progress and report any significant changes in clients’ health or behaviour.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience as a Support Worker, specifically within adult care.
• A compassionate approach and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive mindset, eager to contribute to the well-being of your clients.
