Interim Purchase Ledger Assistant Guildford 8 Weeks Competitive Hourly Rate We re working with a fast-paced, international business in Guildford who are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their finance team on an 8-week interim assignment.This is a hands-on role within a busy finance operations environment where accuracy, pace and attention to detail are key.The RoleYou ll be supporting day-to-day purchase ledger activity, ensuring invoices, payments and reconciliations are processed accurately and on time.Key responsibilities include: Processing and coding high-volume purchase invoicesMatching, batching and posting invoicesSupplier statement reconciliationsInvestigating and resolving invoice queries and discrepanciesSupporting payment runs and ensuring accuracy of dataMaintaining accurate ledger records across systemsAssisting with expense processing where requiredSupporting month-end close activity within APLiaising with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues quickly What We re Looking For Previous experience in Purchase Ledger / Accounts PayableStrong attention to detail and accuracyConfident working with high-volume transactional processingGood Excel skills and comfortable using finance systemsOrganised, reliable and able to meet tight deadlinesStrong communication skills when dealing with suppliers and internal teamsAble to hit the ground running in a fast-moving environment Why Apply?This is a great opportunity to step into a busy ..... full job details .....
