Role Overview: As HSEQ Manager/Yard Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance with industry regulations, supporting site teams, and driving a positive safety culture across the business. This is a varied role involving site visits, audits, and close liaison with management and operational staff.You will assist the Operations Director at Alfreton on a day to day basis with the smooth running and management of the crane yard staff ensuring that loading and distribution activities are carried out safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSEQ policies and procedures. Support managers and supervisors in ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and company requirements. Carry out site inspections, audits, risk assessments and training. Maintain accident/incident records, conduct AIR investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
