Salary: andpound;12.71-13.45 per hour depensant on experience

Berkeley Scott are currently recruiting an experienced Catering Assistant for an ongoing temporary assignment in Cardiff. You will beandnbsp;helping with the morning preparation and packing of the daily in-house products and then helping with kitchen porter duties as well.

Candidates must have:
- Previous experience working in a catering environment

- Good knowledge of Health andamp; Food Safety standards

- Good attention to detailandnbsp;

Catering Assistant duties include:
andbull; Preparing food items, packaging then and labelingandnbsp;
andbull; Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
andbull; Following all food hygiene and safety procedures
