As a medium-sized organisation, it offers a focused and professional environment that values precision and efficiency in its operations.DescriptionProcess invoices, payments, and expense claims with accuracy.Maintain and update financial records and manage the Sales ledgers.Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations.Support Credit Control - reconciling company credit cardsEnsure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.You will handle month end processing including stock and fixed assets.Assisting with payment runs and cover Accounts Payable if required (not very often but in case of absences)Balance Sheet reconciliation - This is already well reconciled but need someone who understands about reconciliations to spot errors and investigate Month end JournalsCommunicate with suppliers and customers regarding confidential financial queries.Coordinate Monthly PayrollProvide administrative support for financial audits.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial ..... full job details .....
