Position: Project Architect Location: Marylebone, LondonSalary: Up to 55,000 DOEWe are excited to be working with an established Architectural studio in London, who have extensive experience delivering high quality apartment schemes and high-rise residential buildings, with a strong focus on fa ade design and technical resolution. This is as well as some mixed-use schemes, with values ranging up to 100m in project value. The practice places a strong emphasis on safety led design, ensuring all projects are delivered in full compliance with current building regulations, fire safety requirements and evolving industry standards through a rigorous, responsible, and well-coordinated design process.The Project Architect they are looking for will have a strong amount of onsite experience working on high-rise buildings and very good knowledge of the current building and fire safety regulations. They will have worked from concept to completion whilst managing teams and simultaneously managing projects.
