This role is ideal for someone who is a problem-solver with a solid understanding of IT systems and ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Support andamp; Maintenance2nd Line SupportNetworkingUser Support andamp; Training Project WorkCompliance Key Skills and Experience Proven experience in a 2nd line support or similar role.Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.Proficiency in desktop support, including Windows 10/11 and Office 365.Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs).Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
