You''ll help manage buildings, workplaces, and suppliers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with wider organisational goals. Key Responsibilities Support delivery of facilities and estate management activities Coordinate hard andamp; soft FM services and manage suppliers Monitor site works and track progress Maintain Health andamp; Safety compliance and documentation Build strong relationships with stakeholders and site partners Requirements Facilities Management experience (hard andamp; soft services) Good Health andamp; Safety knowledge (IOSH desirable) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Able to work on-site regularly and respond to urgent issues Desirable NEBOSH qualification Experience in multi-site or regulated environments Knowledge of planning or compliance frameworks Additional Info No line ..... full job details .....
